Here’s how our simple process for arranging 24 hour live-in care works…


You contact your Regional Partner to discuss your needs


Within 24 hours, your Regional Partner will visit the home of the person needing care to carry out an initial assessment of their requirements. 24 hours after this initial visit, one of our expert Care Managers will visit the home of the person needing care to design a comprehensive, person centred care plan based on specific needs.


We present a selection of suitable care workers for you to choose from

Thousands of trusted live-in care workers


Our local Care Manager and Regional Partner accompany your chosen care worker to the home of the person needing care to introduce them to the client and their family. The Care Manager stays with the care worker for up to three hours to ensure they settle in and takes them, step-by-step, through the person-centred care plan


Personalised one-to-one live-in care begins immediately.


After six hours, the Care Manager calls the carer to ensure there are no problems. One week later, the Care Manager visits to ensure that care is running smoothly and that both our care worker and our client are happy and comfortable.


Clients enjoy independence and dignity though our expert care.


Your care worker receives a fortnightly call from our support team in Poland to ensure they are happy and things are going well. Every month, our Care Manager visits the home to ensure the personalised care-plan is running well and both client and carer are enjoying the arrangement.

Our care packages run from as little as two weeks for short-term care needs, right through to long-term support. Regardless of the length, level or complexity of care required, we pride ourselves on offering top-quality care in the comfort of home. Our expert care workers are as compassionate as they are skilled and will ensure you or your loved one taken care of as if they were family.
