Our Care Team
We have a very experienced and dedicated Home Care Team that both cares for our clients and supports our care workers.
When we first meet clients and their families, we carefully assess each individual’s abilities and needs, and propose a care plan to achieve the desired outcomes, so a person can continue to live at home, happy and safe. Once care commences, with one or more care workers living at the home, we will make regular visits to the home to ensure everything is working well, and make any necessary changes to the care plan.
We also spend time with our care workers to ensure they are happy in their role and give them all necessary support.
Quality Assurance Director
I have worked in Health and social care for nearly 30 years, starting as a care worker, then trained as a social worker, qualified as a Registered Manager, Director of Operations for a charity supporting adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities, CQC Inspector and CQC Inspection Manager. It was an absolute honour to become a member of the UK Board where there is true openness and transparency. The UK care team, which I lead with pride, is highly skilled and all have been carefully selected so we can ensure we have the best people providing the best care.
Besides the time spent with my family, I enjoy drawing, painting and dancing.
